Lynchburg, VA "I'm guilty!" admits Amos Peverill, former secret agent of Central Virginia Realty. "I didn't realize it until it hit me between the eyes. I was discussing all the things I do to market homes for my clients with a really nice couple who wanted to sell their home -- things like Virtual Tours; Talking House™ radio broadcasting; my 24 Hour Home Hotline; my webpage that features my client's homes and (not counting the traffic from the rest of my site) is ranked in the top 10 in the Eastern US for traffic on RealEstateABC.com …Then the gentleman blurts out, 'But you're not a Realtor, how can you put my home on the MLS database?' I stared at him dumbfounded! Why in the world did he think I wasn't a Realtor? It was right there on my card. Come to find out, he had never heard of a Realtor who did all that I was doing for my clients before, so he thought I must be something else. But if I'm accused of being a Realtor, I admit it! I'm guilty! Yes I'm a Realtor, I guess I just do more than you expect from one!"
